Mike’s Mighty Good Craft Ramen

Mike’s Mighty Good Craft Ramen

Mike’s Mighty Good sent me a medley of flavors of their craft ramen. There were so many flavors, I didn’t know where to begin! With over nine broth flavors, there’s definitely one for everyone to fall in love with.

The story of Mike’s Mighty Good is pretty fun. Mike grew up with an organic garden wondered why instant ramen noodles didn’t taste better. I mean, I know what he’s saying. Top Ramen tasted so good as a kid, but as I got older, it just tasted artificial and made me feel sick after I ate it. Mike’s Mighty Good Craft Ramen definitely didn’t make me feel bad in any way. The noodles are made fresh and then steam (not fried!) to form a shape before being dried. The noodles are not covered in a sheen of frying oil like many other instant noodles are. What about the broth though?

Definitely well fitted for an adult palate. Instant noodle broths can become salty very quickly; leaving us to drink about a million gallons of water for the rest of the day. Mike’s Mighty Good Ramen broth’s are not too salty. They’ve adjusted the sodium levels of their broth to pack flavor, not salt! And the broth is made with simple and fresh ingredients that we can pronounce.
